Panel drops at the apartment reconstruction site in Garak-dong, Seoul...1 pedestrian cardiac arrest, 2 seriously injured

A panel fell from an apartment reconstruction construction site in Garak-dong, Seoul, and three passers-by were caught.

A woman in her 60s was taken to the hospital with cardiac arrest, and a man in his 50s and a man in his 60s were also seriously injured and being treated at the hospital.

Fire authorities said a sandwich panel building installed in the air for workers to travel at the construction site appears to have fallen, and explained that it has not yet been confirmed whether it was an accident caused by snow.
