The Korea Communications Standards Commission is conducting an intensive inspection of web hard, which has been pointed out as one of the main distribution channels for illegal pornographic information.

The Korea Communications Standards Commission stressed that it will take stern measures, such as requesting the National Police Agency to investigate if the so-called "heavy uploader" that distributes a number of obscene information is caught through this intensive inspection.

Webhard is an online service that uploads and downloads large files, and it is still controversial because illegal information such as pornography is frequently circulated.

The Korea Communications Standards Commission asked the top 30 web hard operators to actively cooperate by filtering out illegal information in advance and regulating it autonomously.
