A man in his 20s was sentenced to prison on charges of secondary abuse by sending threatening messages to victims of the so-called "Busan Spin Kick" incident on social media.
The Seoul Western District Court today (27th) sentenced a man in his 20s to one year in prison and two years of probation for violating the Stalking Punishment Act, and ordered him to take 40 hours of sexual violence treatment lectures and 30 hours of stalking treatment programs.
Mr. A was put on trial from August to October last year on charges of secondary abuse, such as sending a threatening message to the victim of the "Busan Spin Kick" incident, saying, "I should be hit."
