Actor Jung Woo-sung, who is embroiled in an extramarital scandal, is in the midst of filming and promoting "Made in Korea," which he chose as his next film.

Earlier, Disney+ announced original content to be released in the future through 'Disney Content Showcase 2024' in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

Among them, the work that attracted attention was "Made in Korea," which caught the eye early on with the meeting between Jung Woo-sung and Hyun Bin. "Made in Korea," which was named in the Korean content lineup on the 21st (local time), was greeted by actors through video.

Jung Woo-sung told reporters, "I'm sorry I couldn't attend the Singapore showcase," adding, "I'll do my best on the spot for a good work."

Amid a series of reports on extramarital affairs, he is reportedly filming "Made in Korea."

"Made in Korea" is a series about the story of "Baek Ki-tae" (played by Hyun Bin), who has ambitions for wealth and power in the turbulent 1970s, and "Jang Gun-young" (played by Jung Woo-sung), a prosecutor who threw everything out to stop him, facing a huge incident through the times. Director Woo Min-ho of the films "The Insiders," "The Bosses of Namsan" and "Harbin" took the megaphone as the director of the first series.

Jung Woo-sung revealed on the 24th that he is the biological father of a child born by model Moon Gabi. The agency acknowledged, "The child disclosed by Mungabi is Jung Woo-sung's biological child," and said, "We are discussing how to raise the child in the best direction, and as a father, we will do our best to our child."

Jung Woo-sung has been nominated for the Best Actor Award for the movie "Spring of Seoul" at the 45th Blue Dragon Film Awards held today (29th), and attention is being paid to whether he will attend.
