The Democratic Party of Korea will hold its fifth rally in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, today (30th) afternoon, denouncing the alleged manipulation of state affairs by President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife and calling for the acceptance of the first lady, Kim Gun-hee's independent counsel law.
The rally will be attended by leaders, including Lee Jae-myung, floor leader Park Chan-dae, and members of the party from all over the country, and will join a civic march to denounce veto rights hosted by civic groups after it is over.
Lee's speech is not scheduled for today's rally, which is planned for about 15 minutes.
