The story of a man who fell asleep in the driver's seat under the influence of alcohol and was ordered to "cancel his license" because the vehicle that started was about 3m forward.

According to YouTube channel Moon Moon-chul TV on the 29th of last month, the car owner A called a chauffeur and got into the driver's seat at around 4:45 a.m. after drinking with company employees on July 29.

Mr. A, who was drunk at the time, started the engine and turned on the air conditioner. About six to seven minutes later, the deputy driver called me, but I fell asleep and couldn't answer it.

About 30 minutes later, A's car moved forward slowly, hitting two flower beds one after another on the side of the road and stopping. Since then, Mr. A's car's emergency light has been turned on and off for about a minute.

The police, who were dispatched after receiving a report from a witness, woke up A to check the circumstances of the accident and measured the alcohol level, and A's blood alcohol level was 0.154%, reaching the level of revocation of his license.

"It is difficult to say that a series of measures after such an accident were made only by the car's automatic control system without the intervention of the driver, the defendant."

Lawyer Han Moon-chul said, "Rather than claiming that the collision prevention system did not work at the appeal hearing, I turned on the air conditioner and fell asleep because it was hot while waiting for the proxy driver, but I don't know what happened after tossing and turning in my sleep. He advised, "It's not my intention, it's in my dream."
