The temperature is expected to drop significantly as cold air comes down from the north overnight.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, most of the central part of the country is expected to be below zero this morning (3rd), including Incheon, where a cold wave warning was issued due to a significant drop in cold air as the high pressure on the cold continent in the north expands.

This morning, -4 degrees Celsius is expected in Seoul and Incheon, -6 degrees Celsius in Daegwallyeong, Gangwon, -7 degrees Celsius in Cheorwon, and -8 degrees Celsius in Paju, Gyeonggi Province.

In particular, today's strong winds across the country are expected to lower the wind chill, requiring special attention to rapid temperature changes.
