Recently, amid huge amounts of money in the virtual asset market such as Bitcoin, YTN is also continuing a series of "the face of the coin craze" that points out the actual conditions and countermeasures of virtual asset investment.
There was also an incident in which the stock reading room stole more than 1 billion won after inducing investment saying there was a coin to be listed soon, and both the coin promoted and the investment site were fake.
Reporter Yang Dong-hoon reports exclusively.

Mr. A entered the Kakao Talk stock reading room after seeing a famous YouTube ad in June.
The operator, who referred to himself as a professor, continued to recommend several stocks for more than two months before starting to recommend investing in coins.
It promoted that you can make a lot of money by subscribing to a new coin that will be listed soon as if you were to subscribe to a public offering stock.
[Mr. A / Coin Investment Fraud Victim: I introduced that the subscription is risk-free (high return). If you buy it for 2 dollars, 90 dollars is huge.]
Since then, a series of authentication photos have been posted in the reading room that they have made billions of won by investing in coins after listening to the operator.
When I went to the coin investment site guided by the operator and deposited the money as a test, it was seen to increase.
Eventually, A increased his investment to 1.7 billion won, and the value of A's coin continued to rise, reaching 160 million dollars and 225 billion won in our money.
However, when I tried to withdraw the money, the site said I had to pay 230 million won, or 0.1% of the profit, as a deposit.
The website was closed when A, who felt the fraud, did not pay, and the operators went into hiding with their phones turned off.
The coins and investment sites that were scheduled to be listed were all fake.
[Mr. A / Coin Investment Fraud Victim: I got all the loans. What I received from the first financial sector alone is about 600 million won. (If it's not enough) these people tell them to get loans from their acquaintances.]
Amid the recent coin investment craze, scams that exploit it have continued.
Until August this year, the Financial Supervisory Service received 194 reports of investment fraud in coin reading rooms.
[Hwang Joon-won / Head of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crime Unit 3 of the Gyeonggi Nambu Police Agency: The website can be manipulated by criminals. Even in the open chat room, you can manipulate everything you show about profitable parts.]
After receiving A's complaint, the police handed over the case to the Chungnam National Police Agency to launch an investigation on the grounds that the damage was large and serious.
