Singer Lee Seung-hwan said he will proceed with the performance, which was canceled due to the Yoon Suk Yeol president's declaration of emergency martial law, as scheduled.

Lee Seung-hwan said on his Instagram account today (4th), "As the martial law is lifted, we will proceed with 'Like a Black and White Movie' as scheduled. I'm sorry for the confusion," he said, announcing the resumption of the performance.

He added, "Today, when I have a lot to say, I will meet you with deeper and deeper stories and songs."

Earlier, Lee Seung-hwan held a small theater concert "Like a Black and White Movie" at a small theater under the cloud in front of Hongik University in Seoul. The performance was also scheduled to take place on the 4th and 5th, but the performance was canceled due to the declaration of emergency martial law.

Meanwhile, around 1 a.m. that day, the National Assembly passed a resolution to terminate martial law against President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of emergency martial law with all 190 members present. At around 4:30 a.m. on the same day, President Yoon decided to propose martial law at a Cabinet meeting.
