The National Federation of Democratic Trade Unions has launched an indefinite general strike in connection with President Yoon Suk Yeol's attempt at martial law.
The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions held a press conference this morning (4th) and said it will go on an indefinite general strike until the Yoon Suk Yeol regime steps down.
The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions criticized the Yoon administration for acknowledging its anti-democratic dictatorship through an unconventional and anti-democratic measure called martial law, saying it declared the end of power on its own.
After 9 a.m. today, each regional headquarters will gather and hold rallies across the country, including Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul.
