The National Assembly passed a resolution calling for the lifting of Yoon Suk Yeol's emergency decree within two and a half hours.
Late at night, 190 lawmakers from the ruling and opposition parties gathered at the plenary session hall, and reporter Lim Sung-jae delivered the urgent process.

At 10:25 p.m. last night, when President Yoon declared an emergency martial law, the ruling and opposition parties immediately issued an emergency convocation order to their lawmakers.
The Democratic Party sent an emergency text message to notify its lawmakers, aides and party officials to gather at the National Assembly's main office,

Representative Han Dong-hoon also held an emergency meeting at the headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, and immediately moved to the National Assembly building with some lawmakers.

However, as the main gate of the National Assembly was closed, some lawmakers had to turn away, and only at 0:47 a.m. did 190 lawmakers gather in the plenary hall to mind the meeting.
They were 18 members of the ruling People's Power, 171 opposition lawmakers, including the Democratic Party, and chairman Woo Won-sik.

However, due to the preparation of the agenda, the voting process did not take place for about 10 minutes,
At around 1 a.m., about 150 minutes after the declaration of the emergency martial law
, a resolution demanding the lifting of the emergency martial law was officially proposed and the voting process began.
All 190 members of the Assembly voted in favor of "release of the martial law."
