Yongsan's presidential office seems to have quietly entered the process of taking over in a somber atmosphere.
President Yoon Suk Yeol is known to stay at his official residence in Hannam-dong and prepare for forced investigations and impeachment trials by the Constitutional Court.

A day after the impeachment motion of President Yoon Suk Yeol crossed the National Assembly threshold, the presidential office in Yongsan was in heavy silence.
Many of the staff members who went to work on Sunday did not appear, and the senior secretary-level meeting presided over by Chief of Staff Jeong Jin-seok was canceled.
The light on the electronic board that lit up the entrance to the Yongsan Government Complex was turned off.
The phrase "welcome to the presidential office" has disappeared, showing the gloomy atmosphere of the current presidential office.
As all the powers of state administration are handed over to Acting President Han Deok-soo, the presidential office should assist Han in the future.
Accordingly, the transition preparation has begun, but confusion is expected to be inevitable for the time being as the division of roles with the Prime Minister's Office is not yet clear.
However, an official from the presidential office said that a meeting of high-level staff in Yongsan, led by Chief of Staff Chung Jin-seok, will be held, and that he will share his work with the prime minister's office by referring to the precedents of former presidents Roh Moo Hyun and Park Geun Hye in the past.
President Yoon Suk Yeol, whose duties have been suspended, is said to be staying at his official residence in Hannam-dong.
As the Constitutional Court's impeachment hearing begins soon and the prosecution and police's forced investigation has begun, it seems that they have begun full-fledged legal work with legal representatives.
President Yoon, a former prosecutor general, may lead the defense strategy himself, and in this case, it is observed that he will focus on claiming the legitimacy of declaring martial law as stated in the statement.
