34,000 retirement pension withdrawn last year and bought a house...Highest since statistics were compiled

Last year, the amount of retirement pension withdrawals and withdrawals increased for the first time in four years.

Statistics Korea reported that the number of retirement pension withdrawals last year was 64,000, up 28.1% from a year ago, and the withdrawal amount was 2.4 trillion won, up 40%.

Among those who withdrew in the middle, 34,000 people, or 52.7%, aimed to buy a house, and the amount was 1.5 trillion won.

Both the number of people and the amount are the highest ever.It seems that the number of people who bought houses by reducing the proportion of loans to

high interest rates and mobilizing retirement pensions has increased.

Housing rental purposes were 27.5% followed by rehabilitation procedures with 13.6%.

As the IRP tax credit, a personal retirement pension, increased from up to 7 million won to 9 million won, the number of IRP subscribers increased 7% from a year ago to 3,215,000, and the accumulated amount was 76 trillion won, up 30.9%.

Last year's total retirement pension fund was 381 trillion won, up 13.9% from a year ago.
