Daily Dairy "sincerely apologizes" for the accident of mixing sterilized milk washing water.

Maeil Dairy has apologized for the accident of mixing washing water in some 200ml products of Maeil Milk Original Sterilization.

Maeil Dairy posted an apology on its website under the name of Vice Chairman Kim Sun-hee and said the cleaning solution was mixed for about a second due to valve operation errors, and all 50 products produced were recovered,

And he apologized that he deeply reflected on the lack of quality inspection procedures, saying that it should never happen even with a pack of milk.

The accident was confirmed on the 12th when employees of a large company's research institute reported abdominal pain and odor abnormalities after eating the product.

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety will conduct a field inspection of the product in question today.
