As a result, today's daytime temperature in Seoul will be 3 degrees Celsius, lower than yesterday, and especially the cold wind will be strong, so the wind will stay below zero throughout the day.

Most of the time today, only clouds will pass in the sky.

However, on Jeju Island and the west coast of Chungnam and Honam, rain and snow will begin again at night, and there will be weak raindrops or snow falling throughout the western inland at one point in the afternoon.

Today's daytime temperature will be 1 to 3 degrees lower than yesterday.

The midday temperature in Seoul will stop at 3 degrees, Chuncheon 4 degrees, and Jeonju 6 degrees.

Tomorrow, the morning temperature in Seoul will plunge to minus 6 degrees Celsius, and the coldest weather will come this winter.

The west coast of Chungcheongnam-do and the west coast of Honam are expected to receive a lot of snow by tomorrow afternoon, and the east coast area is expected to receive up to 10cm overnight tomorrow.

Meanwhile, a "dry warning" is in effect for the northern part of Yeongdong, and a "dry warning" is in effect for other eastern coasts and some metropolitan areas.

The wind is blowing strongly here, and there is a high risk of fire accidents such as forest fires.
