Acting Attorney General "Charges of Insurrection, on a considerable basis"

Vice Minister Kim Seok-woo, acting as Justice Minister Park Sung-jae, said in connection with the last emergency martial law, "There is a considerable amount of evidence for the alleged rebellion."
