The ruling and opposition parties argued at a plenary session of the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee over the declaration of emergency martial law by Yoon Suk Yeol and the judicial risks of Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party.
The People's Power pointed out that the Democratic Party of Korea urged the rapid progress of the impeachment trial case of President Yoon, but the trial of Lee Jae-myung deliberately delays it by not receiving litigation documents or delaying the trial.
In response, the Democratic Party reminded that President Yoon is not responding to the summons of the investigative agency, and responded that if the rebellion mob did not accept the request for attendance twice, it was the reason for issuing an arrest warrant.
