Gyeonggi Province will hold the first deliberation at the Urban Planning Committee on the 20th on the basic plan for the improvement of old-age planning cities submitted by Bucheon, Seongnam and Gunpo cities in connection with the first new city reconstruction project.

According to the related special law, five cities, including Seongnam, Goyang, Anyang, Gunpo, and Bucheon, must obtain approval from the Urban Planning Committee even if they establish a basic plan for the maintenance of old planning cities, and if approved, the city will set up a maintenance plan and proceed with the reconstruction project.
