The Emergency Security Joint Investigation Headquarters, which raided the presidential office yesterday (17th) to secure the server of the National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho's security phone, received a rejection from the presidential security service.
The Joint Investigation Headquarters said it received a letter of reason for disapproval of the seizure and search of the presidential office from the security office this afternoon (18th).
The Korea Communications Standards Agency explained that the security agency refused, saying it could not cooperate with the search and seizure warrant for military confidentiality and official reasons.
It also said that the security service did not submit the data arbitrarily.
