The Democratic Party of Korea slammed the exercise of acting President Han Deok-soo's right to demand reconsideration, calling it "Yoon Suk Yeol Season 2."

The ruling party said it had no choice but to reject it because it was a "devastation law" passed by the opposition party.

Let's connect with the National Assembly reporter to find out more. Reporter Hong Min Gi!

Please tell us the reaction of the ruling and opposition parties to the exercise of the right to demand reconsideration.

Yes, first, the Democratic Party of Korea issued a position this morning, accusing Acting President Han Deok-soo of "Yoon Suk Yeol Season 2" and that he still does not seem to know who to follow.

Acting authority Han pressed again that what he should do now is not to follow the puppet of the insurrection forces, but to follow the will of the people.

However, the Democratic Party of Korea is carefully considering the impeachment of acting Han.

The plan is to watch whether the independent counsel Kim Gun-hee and the independent counsel for civil war, which is due on the 31st, are exercised.

Since acting authority Han exercised his right to demand reconsideration, he plans to review the judgment of the impeachment bill, saying that the appointment of three constitutional judges is inevitable.

On the other hand, the people's power is natural to veto an unconstitutional bill unilaterally passed by the opposition party.

In a phone call with YTN, a key official of the People's Power said, "Do you mean that the acting president should admit that it is unconstitutional not to reject a bill with unconstitutional elements?"

The People's Power also claimed that the Democratic Party is threatening Han with impeachment and that the opposition should prevent the "indefinite impeachment" of the State Council members.

Kwon Sung-dong, the floor leader and acting party leader, proposed that the ruling and opposition parties come up with a bill to punish lawmakers who participated in the impeachment motion and vote for abuse of authority if the impeachment bill that passed the National Assembly is rejected by the Constitutional Court.

Yoon Sang-hyun, a senior member of the party, also pointed out on social media after exercising his veto that the Democratic Party of Korea's self-doubt, threatening to immediately start impeachment proceedings that the acting president exercised his right to demand reconsideration, should stop now.

Let's also look at the main issues of the current ruling and opposition parties. The power of the people continues to discuss the election of the emergency committee chairman, right?

[Reporter]
The ruling party has been struggling to elect the emergency committee chairman since the resignation of former chairman Han Dong-hoon.

We decided to receive opinions on the emergency committee chairman for each player, including the first, second, and third term.

Floor leader Kwon Sung-dong said he should submit his opinion by tomorrow, and said he would announce it early next week after agonizing over the weekend.

On the other hand, some say that those who are close to or share a tendency with President Yoon should be excluded, especially Kim Sang-wook, who supported the impeachment of President Yoon.

The Democratic Party of Korea held a debate on the amendment of the commercial law again this morning, which had been delayed due to the emergency martial law crisis.

CEO Lee Jae-myung is in charge of the chair, and investors, including minority shareholders, and executives, including Hyundai Motor Vice President, participated to discuss expanding the director's duty of loyalty to shareholders.

Representative Lee said that all arguments have their own basis and rationality, but in the end, legislation is about adjusting interests, and that he will review them in depth.

The Democratic Party also appears to be speeding up its economic moves, saying it will form a "people's livelihood economic recovery group" to prevent prolonged public damage caused by the chaos in state affairs.

Please also point out what came out of today's National Assembly Intelligence Committee meeting.

[Reporter]
Yes, a closed-door meeting of the National Assembly Intelligence Committee was held this morning.

The National Intelligence Service said it believes that at least a hundred North Korean soldiers were killed and 1,000 wounded in the Russia-Ukraine war.

He said he also found circumstantial evidence that North Korean military casualties, including high-level ones, have already occurred due to Ukrainian missile drone attacks and accidents during training.

It was analyzed that the reason why many casualties occurred despite the small number of battles seems to be because the North Korean military is being consumed as a front-line charge in an unfamiliar battlefield environment called open areas.

He added that he is now closely monitoring the possibility of sending additional troops within the storm corps, including rumors of additional troops, and that he expects Russia to provide counter benefits such as modernizing North Korea's conventional weapons.
