The Cheongju District Court sentenced A, in his 60s, to six years in prison on charges of injury resulting in death.

The court said that a wound that appeared to have been caused by a large external force was found in the body, and that the defendant was admitted to assaulting the victim and causing death.

Mr. A is accused of assaulting and killing his brother who lived with him in the villa where he lived in June 2022.
