A truck crashed into a street tree in Chungju Air Force Unit...One dead, one in critical condition.

At around 6:30 p.m. today (19th), a military truck crashed into a street tree at the 19th Fighter Wing of the Air Force in Chungju, Chungcheongbuk-do.One soldier in his 20s was killed and one was in critical condition in

accident.

Eight more people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

At the time of the accident, a total of 15 people were in the truck, and the accident was found to have occurred on the way to the living room after dinner.

The Air Force has convened an accident response committee to investigate the circumstances.
