Lee Jae-myung to meet U.S. Ambassador to South Korea Philip Goldberg next week

Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, will meet with Philip Goldberg, the U.S. ambassador to Korea, who will retire in January next year.

An official from the Democratic Party's representative office said in a press release that Lee will meet Ambassador Goldberg in the afternoon of the 23rd at the National Assembly.

Representative Lee and Ambassador Goldberg met earlier in September and exchanged views on the value of the South Korea-U.S. alliance and the North Korean nuclear issue.
