The Korea Meteorological Administration has issued a preliminary special warning as it is expected to receive a lot of snow due to the influx of cloud bands in the West Sea, and said the effective time is midnight today.

In particular, between dawn and morning tomorrow, strong and heavy snow of 1 to 3 cm per hour is expected in central and eastern Jeollabuk-do, so caution is needed.
