Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, argued that the people's power is effectively neglecting the act of rebellion by the rare incumbent president and should be held accountable.
Representative Lee said at the Supreme Council, "It effectively interferes with the resolution of the lifting of unconstitutional martial law, which is a civil war, and is obstructing the investigation against the independent counsel. If this is not an agreement for civil war, what is it?"
He then asked if the rebellion that destroyed the constitutional order will be eliminated and the people's power will actually be in sync, ignoring the process of appointing constitutional judges and sticking to the strategy of holding out.
He also stressed that the government must face an extra budget, saying that the difficulties faced by the IMF may become a reality due to the difficult economic situation and civil war.
