Cat cries can be heard in the ground at the edge of the building. With the cats

hidden under the drain, the pavement work was carried out to cover the top, and experts began rescue operations.

On the 20th, a citizen who was taking a walk at Gudeok Stadium in Busan found kittens hiding in a gap in the drain and informed the construction company.

Workers looked at the site for nearly two hours, but there was no crying, let alone a cat, and the construction proceeded as it was.

[Witness: "Can you please act for a day or two?"] He said no. Are you going to be responsible for all the construction?.]

When a rescue expert contacted by an animal rights group arrived at the scene the next day, the asphalt was already firmly solid.

The cracking work was done overnight to create a gap, and a kitten showed his face through the hole and told him he was alive.

Soon after, another baby also appeared and was rescued safely.

It's been two days since the asphalt pavement was hidden in the gap where it didn't reach.

[Lee Chang-young / Animal rescue expert] There was a living life. There are already two. I haven't confirmed if there's one more. It's unacceptable from our point of view to ask without even checking it. I don't understand.]

Animal protection groups and playgrounds believe there is a possibility of more cats, so they decided to continue the rescue work for the time being.

[Busan Gudeok Stadium official: First of all, we decided to lure them with food and then with the cry of a cat to give them time to escape on their own.]

The kittens who almost ended their short lives in the frozen ground.

Thanks to the interest of citizens, I was able to continue my life.
