[Anchor] Roh Sang-won, the former commander of the
'December 3 Emergency Command', was sent today, right?

[Reporter]
This morning, former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won was arrested and sent to the prosecution on charges of executing rebellion and abusing his authority.Former commander

Roh got into the convoy without answering questions from reporters asking "who did you consult with about the contents of the notebook" and "whether you discussed emergency martial law with President Yoon Suk Yeol in person."Former commander

Roh is suspected of pre-mocking emergency martial law at a hamburger store in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, on the 1st and 3rd.

Police believe that former commander Roh tried to take control of the Central Election Commission by forming an informal organization called "Investigation Group 2" under the Joint Investigation Headquarters of the martial law command.

The police special investigation team also booked all those involved in the "first and second hamburger meetings" as suspects today.

Col. Kim Bong-gyu and Jeong Seong-wook of the Intelligence Command who attended the first meeting were transferred to the High-ranking Public Officials Crime Bureau on charges of accomplice of the intelligence commander Moon Sang-ho,
Colonel Ko Dong-hee, head of the Intelligence Agency Planning Department, who is suspected of operating troops while waiting in Pangyo's intelligence unit just before martial law, was also handed over to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.

The police special team also booked and summoned the second armored brigade commander of the Army and Bang Jung-hwan, an innovation planning officer at the Ministry of National Defense, as suspects, who attended the second meeting on the day of martial law and was scheduled to serve as the head and deputy head of the Investigation Division 2.

In addition, Jung Sung-woo, the first director of the counterintelligence command, who was a reference, repeatedly refused to attend the police, so he switched to a suspect today and notified him of the summons.

The full extent of the martial law crisis is being revealed little by little as some of the contents of the former commander Roh's notebook are released, what is it?

[Reporter]
Police raided a branch in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, run by former commander Roh on the 15th and secured a handwritten notebook of more than 60 pages containing martial law-related details.

Police said the notebook described politicians, journalists, religious people, trade unions and judges as "subject to collection" along with the expression "parliamentary blockade," with some real names also written on it.

The police said they interpreted "collection" as an arrest, and explained that "how to accept and dispose of them" was also mentioned in the notebook.

It has also been confirmed that there was an expression called "killing."

When asked at the National Assembly yesterday if the notebook also contained the expression "killing," Woo Jong-soo, head of the National Investigation Division, replied that it was true.

Police said there was also a phrase in the notebook, "NLL, induce North Korea attacks on the Northern Limit Line."

Earlier, the Democratic Party of Korea accused President Yoon Suk Yeol and former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun of general transfer crimes among foreign exchange crimes, raising suspicions that martial law forces tried to provoke North Korea to create the legitimacy of emergency martial law.

Accordingly, the special police team is also considering whether to charge President Yoon with general transfer crimes in addition to the existing charges of civil war.

In the future, it is expected to focus its investigative power on discussing how specifically the contents of the notebook were and revealing how they were reflected in the actual plan.
