Arrested in their 20s who threw a cell phone and seriously injured a 10-month-old baby.

Incheon Seobu Police Station arrested a woman in her 20s on charges of throwing a cell phone at a 10-month-old baby and seriously injuring her.

Mr. A was arrested on charges of attacking a baby with an empty cell phone on a city bus running on the Seo-gu road in Incheon at around 5:10 p.m. on the 20th, seriously injuring his head.

The affected baby is said to be treated for serious injuries such as skull fractures and dents, although it is not life-threatening.

Mr. A told the police that the baby was hit when he tried to throw a mobile phone at the mother after hearing the baby mother swear at her parents.

According to a police investigation, A was found to be suffering from mental illness without knowing the two.
