Baby sold 6.3 billion single-family homes "Buyers are 7 years old, paid in full cash"
The Itaewon house, which was disposed of by actor Yoo Ah-in, who is on trial for drug administration, met a new owner.

According to Biz Korea today (26th), Yoo Ah-in's registration of the transfer of ownership of a detached house in Itaewon-dong was filed with the court on the 19th. The real estate sales contract was signed on November 20.

The buyer is a 7-year-old child born in July 2017, who reportedly paid 6.3 billion won in full cash without a loan. The buyer's last name is Park, who is likely to be the child of Peace Studio CEO Park Hwa-mok and a Soohyun Lee designer couple, according to the media. This is because the address was reported to the court as the residence of CEO Park and his wife when the ownership transfer registration was received.

The house was a detached house with one basement floor to three floors above the ground, which Yoo Ah-in bought for 5.8 billion won in 2016 under the name of his personal agency U Company Limited, and was previously unveiled on the MBC entertainment program "I Live Alone." Yoo Ah-in sold the house for 6.3 billion won last month while on trial for drug use.

Yoo Ah-in was put on trial in October last year on charges of habitual drug use. He is accused of administering propofol and other medical drugs 181 times, saying he will undergo sleep anesthesia for cosmetic procedures at hospitals in Seoul from September 2020 to March 2022.

In the first trial, Yoo was sentenced to one year in prison and fined 2 million won. At the second trial held on the 24th, he said, "I will make a pledge in front of the public. I swear in a sacred court. I will not forget the severity of the law and will not repeat foolishness," he said, appealing for leniency. The second trial sentence is expected to come out as early as next year.
