When Acting President Han Deok-soo put on hold the appointment of a constitutional judge, the Democratic Party of Korea immediately started the process of impeaching Han.

We have proposed a pre-prepared impeachment bill and completed the plenary session's report, but we plan to put it to a vote at the plenary session as early as tomorrow (27th).

The Democratic Party of Korea has urged the appointment of a constitutional judge, saying that delaying the restoration of the "nine-member system" of the Constitutional Court is like a traitor in history and a "eulsa five enemy."

However, when Acting President Han Deok-soo made a decision to suspend the appointment on the condition of an agreement between the ruling and opposition parties, he immediately responded with impeachment.

Less than 30 minutes after the public statement came out, he proposed an impeachment motion.
