Yongin Semiconductor Industrial Complex has expanded to 7.78 million square meters...Embracing 50 Migrant Companies

Yongin City announced that it will create a 500,000㎡ industrial complex dedicated to migrant companies in Wanjang-ri and Chang-ri, Namsa-eup, adjacent to the advanced system semiconductor cluster national industrial complex.

The dedicated industrial complex will allow more than 50 existing companies to move to the national industrial complex, and the total area of the national industrial complex will be expanded to 7.78 million square meters.

City plans to hold an official public announcement to listen to residents' opinions on areas subject to industrial complexes exclusively for migrant companies from the 27th, and add them as restricted areas for development activities after deliberation by the Urban Planning Committee.

Until April 12, 2026, the area will be restricted from building new construction, expansion and renovation, land transformation, and soil collection, and cultivation will be allowed.
