"As Prime Minister of State, encouraging abuse of veto power and assisting emergency martial law"
"Han Dong-hoon and Han Deok-soo joint state administration system, unconstitutional idea"
"Avoid recommendation of standing special prosecutor candidates and refuse to appoint constitutional judges"

The National Assembly will vote on the impeachment of acting President Han Deok-soo today (27th).
The ruling party demanded the withdrawal of the impeachment bill, saying that a series of impeachment cast a dark cloud on the economy of people's livelihoods, while the Democratic Party reiterated the need for impeachment, saying that Han turned into an acting "acting civil war."

Shall we summarize the reasons for impeachment that the opposition party claims?
[Reporter]
If you look at the impeachment motion submitted by the opposition party, there are five main reasons.
There are three unconstitutional and illegal acts as prime minister and two acts as acting president after the impeachment of the president.
First of all, the opposition party took issue with the fact that, as prime minister, the president proposed the right to request reconsideration in the Special Prosecutor Chae Sang-byung or Kim's Special Prosecutor Act and assisted in the declaration of an unconstitutional emergency martial law.
While the president remained in office, the fact that he conceived joint state administration with former representative Han Dong-hoon, the People's Power, was also an unconstitutional idea, adding to the reason for impeachment.
The reason for impeachment was that he avoided the recommendation of the so-called standing special prosecutor for civil war after becoming acting president and refused to appoint a constitutional judge.
Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, issued a separate statement a little while ago after pushing the ruling party, saying that the public welfare economy has fallen due to the obstruction of impeachment by the forces protecting the rebellion.
The expression "insurrection" was mentioned about 20 times in the statement, and we will listen to it for ourselves.
[Lee Jae-myung / Democratic Party leader: Acting president] He has turned into acting president for civil war. Until the moment we dismiss the Yoon Suk Yeol and root out the Ongwi forces and completely suppress the civil war, we will gather our capabilities to fulfill our historical responsibilities.]

The ruling party decided on an autonomous voting policy during the second round of voting on the president's impeachment, but will it enter the plenary session this time?
[Reporter]
The general meeting of lawmakers has been held since 11 a.m., and it is expected that the voting and the party will be decided.
The variable is the departure of the party, and Rep. Kim Sang-wook said in an SBS radio interview that acting Han Deok-soo played a wrong role and that he intends to strengthen his impeachment.
The ruling party is in a position to prevent the devastation of state affairs, as President Yoon faces another impeachment crisis 13 days after his duties were suspended due to the impeachment.
Kwon Sung-dong, the floor leader, said in a floor meeting, "After acting, is the goal of deputy prime minister for economy and education?" and pointed out that the series of impeachment is for the early presidential election of Lee Jae-myung, so let's listen to his remarks.
[Kwon Seong-dong / People's Power Floor Leader: Dark clouds have begun to cast over the exchange rate, prices, foreign credit, and exports. It is no exaggeration to say that the Democratic Party's behavior is a serial impeachment.
Earlier this morning, the government and the ruling party held a Democratic Party council meeting and promised to provide 11.6 trillion won to stabilize living prices and ease the burden of living expenses for ordinary people.
The ruling party reiterated its people's livelihoods, saying that finding people's livelihoods and stability in state affairs should be the first political task.

I'm also interested in the terms of passing the impeachment bill, but the two parties have different logics, right?
[Reporter]
There are disagreements over whether to consider acting Han as prime minister or a position equivalent to that of the president.
If you look at it as prime minister, the impeachment bill will be passed with only 151 out of 300 lawmakers in favor, and if you consider it as president, you need more than 200 consent.
This is because the Constitution strictly stipulates the president's impeachment requirements than other ordinary public officials.
The Democratic Party argues that it should be viewed on the basis of the Prime Minister.
Park Sung-joon, deputy floor leader, stressed in an interview with CBS radio that it is natural to see Han as a prime minister, saying, "Actor Han is not a president selected by the people, but an appointed position."
The ruling party opposes that the president should follow the standards of impeachment of the president as he is acting on behalf of the president.
Park Hyung-soo, the deputy floor leader, refuted the argument at the meeting, saying that even if the impeachment bill is passed on a standard favorable to the Democratic Party, only his duties as prime minister will be suspended and the acting president can continue.
In the end, National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik's decision is important, and he is expected to make a statement before the plenary vote.
The confusion caused by the lack of clear provisions on the quorum of impeachment decisions by acting president in the Constitution or the National Assembly Act also means that the impeachment of acting president is unprecedented in constitutional history.
Even if the impeachment bill is passed, there may be considerable confusion over its effectiveness, such as the refusal of an acting president to accept the results.
The plenary session of the National Assembly to vote on the impeachment of Acting President Han Deok-soo will begin at 3 p.m. today, and we will continue to update you on the related news.
