BTS" Haters Sentenced to Fine..."Taldeok concentration camp lawsuit continues"
Big Hit Music, the agency of BTS (BTS), has expressed a tough stance on artists' rights and interests.

Today (27th), Big Hit Music announced through its official fan community Weverse that it is taking regular legal action against malicious post writers about BTS, and that a number of suspects have recently been fined.

According to the announcement, the suspects sent to the prosecution for writing malicious posts were fined up to 5 million won. In particular, the defendant who wrote malicious posts despite his past punishment history was included. Big Hit Music said, "We will hold suspects accountable until the end so that serious punishment can be imposed even for suspects who have not completed investigation and legal procedures."

Big Hit Music reported that a lawsuit for damages against the Taldeok concentration camp and civil and criminal lawsuits related to the leakage and stalking of artists' personal information are also underway. He made it clear that "we will take legal action against those who violate the rights and interests of artists without any agreement or preference."

Big Hit Music then said, "This quarter, through fan reports and self-monitoring, we collected evidence of malicious posts from a number of platforms such as DC Inside, Nate Pan, Instances, Daily Best, and Dirku and submitted a complaint to the investigative agency," and emphasized, "We are actively responding to malicious posts, especially against members who are fulfilling their military service obligations."
