On the eve of the emergency decree, Yoon Suk Yeol's president visited Gongju Sanseong Market and promised merchants to work hard.

[Yoon Suk Yeol / President (last two days): I will work very hard as President. You trust me, right? (Yes, I believe.)

At the people's livelihood debate held on the same day, he vowed to cultivate 1,000 commercial district planners.

[Yoon Suk Yeol / President (last two days): Mr. Jongwon Baek has changed the budget market dramatically by planning private commercial areas. We will foster 1,000 private commercial district planners who will be in charge of this.]

However, the next day, out of the blue, he declared an emergency martial law.President

Yoon is said to have said that 1,000 troops should have been sent to the National Assembly after the failure of martial law.

[Yoon Suk Yeol / President (last 3 days): Declare emergency martial law to protect the constitutional order of freedom]

As military officials' statements revealed that they planned martial law in advance, it is pointed out that President Yoon's previous actions in people's livelihood were to turn the spotlight.President

Yoon also hinted at a "two-term retreat," saying he would hand over his authority to the ruling party as a measure to deal with the emergency martial law ahead of the National Assembly's first vote on impeachment.

[Yoon Suk Yeol / President (last 7 days): I will leave it up to my party to take measures to stabilize the political situation in the future, including my term in office.]

However, he exercised his power until just before the second impeachment was passed, accepting the resignation of the Minister of Public Administration and Security, appointing a successor to the first deputy director of the National Intelligence Service, and approving the agenda of the State Council.

Since then, he has refused to serve the documents of the impeachment trial by the Constitutional Court and has not responded to the request for a summons investigation by the investigative agency.

The statement that he will not avoid the responsibility of martial law and fight it confidently will be overshadowed.

[Yoon Suk Yeol / President (last 12th): Whether it's impeachment or investigation, I'm going to stand up to it. I have already said that I will not avoid the issue of legal and political responsibility.

The Constitutional Court began its hearing, saying it would push ahead with the impeachment trial on a schedule, and the Joint Investigation Headquarters is building up the cause of the forced investigation, including an arrest warrant, by requesting a third appearance.Analysts say that it reflects President

Yoon's willingness to follow the principle in response to President Yoon's move to replace him.
