Han Deok-soo, acting president and prime minister, passed the impeachment bill at the plenary session of the National Assembly.

National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik said that the impeachment motion against Prime Minister Han was approved with all approval, with 192 out of 300 lawmakers attending.

Most of the people's power, which held a general meeting of lawmakers earlier and decided on impeachment as the party's theory, did not vote.
