The high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office has notified President Yoon Suk Yeol that he will be investigated tomorrow, but it seems unlikely that he will attend.
President Yoon's side said that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit does not have the right to investigate and that he will not attend virtually, calling it an illegal investigation.

There have already been three requests for attendance, but the investigation into the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is scheduled for 10 a.m. tomorrow, right?
[Reporter]
Yes, the joint investigation headquarters organized by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the police notified President Yoon of the summons at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
Most of the emergency martial law investigation team, as well as Oh Dong-woon, head of the Airborne Division, are preparing to summon President Yoon on weekends.
However, it seems highly likely that President Yoon will not respond to the summons investigation.
As in the 1st and 2nd rounds, the attendance request was not served,
Yoon Kap-geun, a lawyer for President Yoon
said in a phone call with YTN earlier today that it is clear that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit does not have the right to investigate.
He even mentioned that it was an illegal investigation by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, but it seems that he actually predicted that he would not attend.
It can be interpreted as claiming that the crime of rebellion is not included in the scope of the investigation by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.
However, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit can also investigate rebellion for crimes related to abuse of authority, and believes that it has been proved by the seizure and search warrants already received from the court.
After confirming that President Yoon did not come out tomorrow, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is expected to review the next steps, including a request for an arrest warrant.

Former Minister Kim Yong-hyun was put on trial yesterday, and President Yoon Suk Yeol appeared a lot in the prosecution's explanatory materials, right?
[Reporter]
Yes, there are about 40 expressions of the president in a press release that is about 10 pages long.
President Yoon Suk Yeol ordered the military commander at the time of martial law to break down the door and enter the National Assembly even if he shot him.Or, martial law included saying that you can do it two or three times.
The prosecution seems to have judged that the act of disorderly conduct of the National Constitution was carried out by President Yoon's instructions and the implementation of former Minister Kim.
However, President Yoon refuted that it is difficult to see it as an indictment, saying that it is only a one-sided claim by the prosecution.
If the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit also investigates President Yoon, it is expected to understand not only whether he gave direct orders at the time of martial law, but also whether he had a second martial law in mind.
