People's Power lawmakers attended a rally in front of the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to block the execution of an arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol.
About 40 lawmakers gathered, including senior members such as Kim Ki-hyun, Na Kyung-won and Yoon Sang-hyun, Lim Jae-ja, the emergency committee member, Kang Myung-gu, the chief of staff for the emergency committee chairman, and Jang Dong-hyuk, the former supreme council member who broke away from his close circle in the wake of the impeachment.
Rep. Kim Ki-hyun criticized the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit for making sophistry that he would shake his body with the tail authority when he gave the authority to investigate the tail of abuse of authority.
He then pointed out that since national security facilities cannot be raided without the consent of the manager, the warrant is of course invalid.
He said that all citizens have the right to stop it, and insisted that he would do his best to fight until the end so that the fraudulent impeachment, which is invalid at the source, does not proceed.
