The Constitutional Court explained that today's plenary session of the justices discussed the procedure regarding the impeachment of President Yoon.
He said he would hold a judge's review once a week and share the situation.
Also, regarding President Yoon's expression of dissatisfaction with the consecutive hearing dates,
All eight justices reaffirmed their policy to hold arguments twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday, starting on the 14th.
The Constitutional Court emphasized that Article 30 (3) of the Constitutional Court Act, not the criminal procedure law, or when the court holds a hearing, the parties and related persons can be summoned by setting a deadline.
He also said he would proceed with the impeachment hearing five times and designate an additional date according to the progress, and that he would continue a quick and fair trial.

Was there a position on the removal of the crime of rebellion from the reason for impeachment this time?
[Reporter]
President Yoon argued that the National Assembly should go through a re-decision process for withdrawing the rebellion from the reason for impeachment.
In this regard, the Constitutional Court said that there is no prestigious regulation on changing the reasons for impeachment and that it will be judged by the court.
Some question whether the Constitutional Court recommended the National Assembly to withdraw the rebellion, but the Constitutional Court drew the line that there was no such fact.
It also said that the case of a power dispute over the failure of Acting President Choi Sang-mok to appoint one constitutional judge will be held at 10 a.m. on the 22nd.
He did not accept a third party's request for an injunction to suspend the validity of the National Assembly's impeachment decision late last year.
He explained that he dismissed it without hearing the original bill because he did not meet the legal claim requirements.
After the Constitutional Court has established an eight-member system, not only the impeachment of President Yoon, but also related issues are being resolved one after another.
