Prosecutors indicted Moon Sang-ho, the intelligence commander, for "inputting military personnel of the National Election Commission."

Moon Sang-ho, commander of the Armed Forces Intelligence Command, who is accused of participating in a preliminary conspiracy of emergency martial law and sending troops to the Central Election Commission at the time of martial law, has been put on trial.

The special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law indicted Commander Moon in a military court today (6th) while in custody on charges of conducting important duties and abusing his authority.Commander

Moon is accused of participating in the civil war by ordering the Central Election Commission in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, to send troops during the emergency martial law on December 3 last year.

During the investigation, Moon met with former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won at a hamburger store in Gyeonggi-do before martial law and planned martial law in advance.
