Five cities and counties, including Boryeong, Seocheon, and Taean in Chungcheongnam-do, have been issued a heavy snow warning.

In addition, six cities and counties, including Gongju, Nonsan, and Buyeo in Chungcheongnam-do, are likely to receive more snow, so the preliminary special warning for heavy snow has been extended.

As the temperature fell, a cold wave warning was in effect in inland areas such as Cheonan and Asan, Chungcheongnam-do.
