Yes, the sky is clear in Seoul right now, and only the cold wind is blowing.

With the strongest cold wave this winter, the temperature remains around -8 degrees during the day, and the perceived temperature is as much as -15 degrees.

The problem is that as the sun goes down, the temperature drops further, and Seoul on the way home from work today will reach -18 degrees Celsius.

You should bring warm items such as scarves and gloves and come out warm.

There will be a strong cold wave tomorrow morning.

The "Hanpa Special Report" has been expanded and strengthened to most parts of the country.

Tomorrow morning, it will drop to -12 degrees in Seoul, -19 degrees in Chuncheon, and -12 degrees in Daejeon and Daegu.

During the day, it will be -2 degrees in Seoul, 0 degrees in Daejeon and Gwangju, 1 degree in Daegu, and the daytime temperature will be 3-5 degrees higher than today.

In the cold wave, heavy snow continues around the west coast of Honam and Jeju Island.

With strong snow concentrated on the west coast of Honam until tonight, a "heavy snow warning" is also in place in the region.

By tomorrow, there will be more than 30cm of snow in the mountains of Jeju and more than 20cm in the western part of Jeollabuk-do.

Up to 15cm more will fall on the west coast of Chungcheongnam-do and Jeollanam-do.

The bitter cold will gradually ease from the holiday, and for the time being, snow rain is expected to fall frequently on the west coast of Honam and Jeju Island.

The East Coast area is still under a dry weather warning.
