The panel on the construction site in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, fell...a major blackout

The panel fell to the floor at around 2:30 p.m. today (Sun) at a construction site in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, during the exterior wall finishing work.

No one was injured, but a fallen panel caught a wire, causing a power outage in the area.The fire brigade and KEPCO, which were dispatched after receiving the

report, took safety measures and recovered.
