The Korean Bar Association has imposed disciplinary measures on lawyer Hwang Hee-seok, who was fined by the Supreme Court for defaming former People's Power CEO Han Dong-hoon.

Hwang appeared on a YouTube channel in 2021 and claimed that Han tracked down the account of the foundation from September to October 2019 targeting former Roh Moo-hyun Foundation Chairman Yoo Si-min, who was the head of the anti-corruption and violent department of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and Han filed a complaint with the police, saying that there was no such fact.
