In addition, the Democratic Party of Korea criticized the National Human Rights Commission's decision to deliberate on a proposal to recommend the National Human Rights Commission to guarantee the right to defend Yoon Suk Yeol's president on the 13th as a defense of insurrection forces.

In a statement, the Democratic Human Rights Commission of Korea said that the agenda proposed by Human Rights Commissioner Kim Yong-won and approved by Human Rights Commissioner Ahn Chang-ho recommended the head of the Constitutional Court to thoroughly guarantee President Yoon's right to defend himself in the impeachment trial.

It also recommended that the head of the Constitutional Court not be bound by the 180-day trial period, as well as recommending that he not overstate arrest or arrest warrant claims in martial law-related criminal investigations.

The Democratic Party of Korea urged the National Human Rights Commission to withdraw its proposal for the plenary session immediately, saying that if it defends the insurrection forces that undermine the constitutional order, it denies itself the value of existence as an independent administrative agency.
