Candidate Huh Jung-moo Claims "A Majority of Unfair Personnel in the Federation's Election Management Committee"

Candidate Huh Jung-moo, who filed an injunction with the court to suspend the election of the president of the Korea Football Association, pointed out that the election management committee included a number of controversial figures.

Candidate Huh Jung-moo said in a press release that if you look at the list of election management committee submitted to the court, you did not follow the rules that require more than two-thirds of outside members to be formed.

In particular, he said he also confirmed that a member of the Sports Fair Committee, who approved Chairman Chung Mong-gyu's bid for a fourth term and Lee Ki-heung's bid for a third term as chairman of the Korea Sports Council, were included.

He pointed out that it was a shameless composition, citing the revelation that Chairman Kim of the Sports and Fair Committee played golf with Chairman Chung Mong-kyu during a National Assembly hearing last year.
