Kim Joo-hyung, who lost in overtime at the Genesis Championship yesterday, was found to have broken the locker room door after the game, sparking controversy.
Kim Joo-hyung missed a short birdie putt on the 18th hole to allow an extra-time match, and remained in second place due to an approach shot mistake on the first hole of the extra time.
Kim Joo-hyung then congratulated Ahn Byung-hoon, who won, but returned to the locker room and damaged the door.
Kim Joo-hyung is a representative PGA Tour player in Korea and has three career wins in the PGA.
The KPGA, which hosted the competition, said it is not considering Kim Joo-hyung's referral to the reward and punishment committee.
