Hezbollah attacked a military industrial base in Haifa, northern Israel, with rockets and drones as Israel launched airstrikes across Lebanon.
Israeli authorities say five people were injured in the attack.
Earlier, the Israeli military said four more soldiers were killed and five others seriously wounded in southern Lebanon, where it operates on the ground.
As a result, the number of Israeli soldiers killed has risen to 33 since the ground war against Hezbollah began last month.
Israeli forces are said to have killed at least one person and injured 11 others in a raid on residential areas in Sidon, southern Lebanon.
At least 45 people were killed in Israeli airstrikes targeting the Jabaliya refugee camp in Gaza, Palestine.
