Karaoke owners and mediators who distributed mixed drugs were caught by the Coast Guard.

The owner was a Vietnamese woman who was found to have operated by offering drug parties to foreign workers.

The man's phone, seized by the Coast Guard, also shows video evidence of drug parties in the past.

The karaoke owner is a naturalized Vietnamese woman.

Foreign workers are the main customers, and it has been confirmed that they have also taken reservations for drug parties.

When a reservation customer came, we locked the business door and even provided a flight route and a drug concealment place.
