Announcers Park Ji-yoon (44) and Choi Dong-seok (45), who are filing for divorce, sold apartments in Apgujeong-dong.
The Chosun Ilbo reported today (24th) that Park Ji-yoon is in the process of selling the Hyundai 3rd apartment in Apgujeong, which he owned under his sole name, for 4.2 billion won.
The apartment is in a land transaction permit zone in Seoul, and Park Ji-yoon and the buyer are known to have jointly submitted an application for land transaction permission to the Gangnam-gu Office.
Recently, a messenger conversation between Park Ji-yoon and Choi Dong-seok over the sale of the apartment drew attention.
Choi Dong-seok is said to have placed a provisional seizure of 1.8 billion won in the apartment under Park Ji-yoon's name. It seems to be a measure to claim one's rights in the division of property in case of divorce over assets purchased after marriage.
Choi Dong-seok and Park Ji-yoon got married in 2009 after dating for four years as the same period as KBS announcer in 2004. However, Park Ji-yoon filed an application for divorce settlement in October last year, and was dismissed after 14 years of marriage.
