The 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test is just a month away.

On the day of the College Scholastic Ability Test, the government asked to adjust the commute time to after 10 a.m., and decided to increase the number of subway trains in the Seoul metropolitan area for students to go to school.

Let's take a closer look at the CSAT support measures for the 2025 academic year.

This year's CSAT will be held at 1,282 test sites in 85 test districts nationwide from 8:40 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on the 14th of next month.

The number of applicants is 522,000, up 18,000 from last year.

To prevent traffic congestion on the morning of the CSAT, the government asked government offices and businesses to cooperate to adjust the rush hour to 10 a.m. or later.

It will also increase the number of subway operations in the Seoul metropolitan area from 6 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. and place emergency transport vehicles everywhere.

Car access is restricted from 200m in front of the test site on the day of the CSAT, so even if you are a test-taker, you have to walk this section.

Between 1:10 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., during the English listening evaluation period, the aircraft and helicopter take-off and landing times are adjusted to prevent noise, and military training such as artillery fire and tram movement is also paused.

Buses and trains near the test site should slow down and refrain from honking or construction site noise as much as possible.

The Ministry of Education, the National Police Agency, and the Metropolitan and Provincial Office of Education are guarding the school to manage the entrance of the College Scholastic Ability Test.

Moon Da-ji is distributed to each test district three days before the College Scholastic Ability Test and transported to the test site in the morning of the day, in which he is guarded by police vehicles.

Seventeen metropolitan and provincial offices of education plan to conduct safety inspections of the entire test site by the 1st of next month to create a safe test environment.
